Registration and Payment

The registration fee covers all refreshments served for the duration of the meeting.

Please register using Indico. After registration, you will receive an email confirmation and a link to provide your registration fee payment. A direct link to the Payment Platform can be found here.

Accessibility

An accessibility map can be found on page 10 of the Accessibility Handbook & Guidelines.

Sessions will take place in Barus & Holley Room 168, which is on the ground floor of the building and wheelchair-accessible. Refreshments will be served in the Hazeltine Commons (labeled Engineering Research Center on the map), a ground floor reception area accessible to Barus & Holley and to Brook Street via ramp.

 

Meals

Meals include coffee and pastries each morning and afternoon coffee and snacks. Lunch is not provided, but a variety of affordable options are available near the conference venue. The organizers will provide more information about options for lunch closer to the conference start date.

Social Events

The conference dinner will take place on either Wednesday, 30 July or Thursday, 31 July (TBC).

Be sure to visit the historic Ladd Observatory, opened in 1891, at 210 Doyle Aveue in Providence. It is open to the public on Tuesday evening, and was a favourite hang-out spot of H. P. Lovecraft.

Accommodation

Please register AND log in to access the discount links for reservation and other hotel lists. You can't access the discount link without registering. Hotel shuttle service to and from PVD and Brown’s campus are available by reservation from some hotels.
